University of Dubuque Cheer Team Breakfast

The University of Dubuque Cheer Team will hold a Pancake Breakfast on campus in the Peters Commons Building  Tickets are $6 and can be purchased at the door. Ages 4 and under are free. The proceeds will help fund travel to regional and national competitions.

The 35th annual Christmas Craft Fair in Hazel Green will be held at Southwestern High School, 1105 Maple Street. 4H will have a Food Stand with a portion of the proceeds used for the Kids Care Program.

Famous Dead Artists – Georgia O’Keeffe & Alfred Stieglitz

The Dubuque Museum of Art’s “Famous Dead Artist” will feature Iconic artist of the Southwest, Georgia O’Keeffe and modern art promoter Alfred Stieglitz. Guests will need to make reservations to attend a performance by calling the museum or online, but the event itself is free.

Friends of Dubuque County Conservation Board Inc. and Dimensional Brewing Fundraiser

Friends of Dubuque County Conservation Board Inc. and Dimensional Brewing are teaming up for a fundraiser.Dimensional is donating all of the evenings tips to the Friends Group to provide grants that will assist student bus trips to the Nature Center. Cremer’s Turkey and Dressing sandwiches will be available for an additional donation beginning at 5:00pm..Music will be provided by Tapestry and the David Minnihan Duo. (This event will include the second release of Maple Builder Brown which is brewed with maple syrup tapped at Swiss Valley Preserve)

Movie Night at Steeple Square

Movie Night will be held at Steeple Square in Honkamp Hall. The  featured film is “Bells of St. Mary’s” and will begin at 6:30pm. The doors open at 6:00pm and an organ performance of “Bells of St. Mary’s” will kickoff the evening. Chairs are provided, but feel free to bring in your own or a blanket. Popcorn, soda, beer and wine are available for purchase. No RSVP needed, suggested donation of $2.

Steeple Square presents, Dancing in December with Adam’s Dance Connection. Join Adam for an evening of social dancing, dance lessons, light snacks and a cash bar to support Steeple Square.
